The victim in today’s Virginia Tech shooting: Deriek Crouse, 39, was the officer killed during a routine traffic stop on the Virginia Tech campus Thursday. Guy has five kids/stepkids. Holy crap, all. :/ We don’t know what to say. Our friend ProducerMatthew found a Facebook posting from the son of the Virginia Tech officer that said this: ”He was murdered. I dont know what to do. I’m still in disbelief.”

This man, who was only doing his job and had fuck all to do with any of that occupy shit or police brutality, and was also survived by five children and his wife, was murdered and your response as a human being, as an actualy human being with actual thoughts and feelings, was

Stop and think about that, just for a second, think about what you actually mean. Look at that mans face, looking into his eyes. Those eyes were among the first eyes that five children ever saw but will never see again, those eyes were the eyes a woman looked into when she said ‘I do’, those eyes were the eyes that a now grieving mother loved to see light up with happiness for thirty nine years. He was a human being, he had a large and loving family and a whole lifetime of experiences, feelings and memories. He wasn’t even a riot cop for christs sakes, he was a traffic cop. He stopped cars and tried to stop people speeding, drunk driving and generally doing reckless things in cars that saved lives every day. In fact, of all the divisions of the police for, traffic is probably the only one that actually does any good. As I said before, whilst he was doing his job by trying to keep the roads of a university campus safe he was killed in cold blood, and your response was

I can’t stand when people say things like “ohh but women should be treated as equals we should have better jobs blah blah blah”, but then something like THIS happens where a girl hits a guy who hits back, and then all of the sudden they flip shit about how dare he hit a girl he’s stronger she can’t fend for herself as well blah blah. Because to them, it’s not defending himself. Ohoh no. They view it as domestic violence or sexism just because she’s a woman. Never mind that she instigated it.

Now we just need to get people to understand that men die from every leading cause of death other than breast cancer more often than women, so the medical spending disparity has no reason to favour women.

And that 90% of workplace deaths are men,  so all that attention and workplace resources that are given to women should really be reprioritised.

Women should also have to join the draft inorder to be allowed to vote, like men.

All the women only homeless shelters are virtually uneeded considering 80% of homeless are men, but men can only get help at places like the Salvation Army and various not-sexually-devided soup kitchens while resources are allocated to people who only need it 20% of the time.

On the topic of jobs, yes 2% of men have awesome, incredibly well paying jobs, but 1) they worked 50 years to get there and 2) the other 98% of men are dying in mines, being crushed under construction equipment, and spending their livelyhood and retirement earning slave wages. Before women can claim to deserve “Better jobs” first they should start fixing that whole 90% workplace death thing.

Men also commit suicide at a rate of 4 to every one woman.

For the same crimes, with the same criminal history, male minorities are punished harshest in court, and then white men, and then female minorities are punished less harshly, and white women are punished the least harsh of all. A man comitting rape will get him 25 to life, depending on the court. A woman committing rape against a child would get her fired if the child is young, suspended without pay if the child is highschool-aged (as we’ve seen with the many rapes of highschool boys by female teachers, who have virtually gotten away scott-free) and maybe a low Bail. A woman raping a man get’s laughed out of court because guys did you know the FBI lists rape as “The carnal knowledge of a WOMAN’S body against her will” and obviously men always want sex and should just smile and say thankyou whenever someone is kind enough to give it to them.

and you know the other hundred or so double standards that are more important than “boys shouldn’t hit girls”
